Cross Training
People have inquired; what will this class entail. The first few weeks will be a slower paced class so that proper technique and form can be shown and learned.
The maximum per class is 12 people. So please be sure to register 24 hours in advance to ensure your place in the class.
What is cross-training?
A mixture of training methods involving varied functional movements; Focus on form and technique, Fun and challenging full body work out, WOD: work out of the day, Dynamic warm-up, Movements you do everyday
